On 23/01/2025 the Board of Directors of the Alonissos Fishing Association met with the leadership of the Natural Environment and Climate Change Agency (O.F.P.E.K.A.), where various issues concerning fishing within the Northern Sporades National Marine Park were discussed. The meeting was held in a warm atmosphere and the officials listened to the anxieties and concerns of the coastal fishermen, while a convergence of views on many issues was noted.
The Alonissos Fishing Association will continue all necessary meetings for the benefit of local coastal professional fishermen and the beautiful natural environment of the place.
