lobster macaroni

Ingredients
 
  • 1 kilo of lobster
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 90 ml olive oil
  • 6 allspice seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • freshly ground pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tomato sauce 250gr. or 3 large chopped tomatoes with a tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 packet of n°7 pasta or linguini
  • 1,5 lt water
Execution

Peel the lobster and cut it in half or into pieces and place it in a bowl with the other ingredients. In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic with the olive oil and add the lobster until it starts to brown a little, for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add the sauce, seeds, allspice, pepper, sweet paprika and water. Boil the lobster with the sauce for 15 minutes and then add the pasta and let it boil and absorb the water and sauce for another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the pot off for 5 minutes to allow the pasta to absorb the water and sauce. Then stir and serve immediately while it is hot.

fish in the dava

Ingredients
 
  • 1,5 kg fish of your choice (in the dish in the photo, we used turbot, scorpion fish, braska)
  • 2 onions cut into slices
  • 2 sliced potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 large fresh tomato
  • 1 lemon
  • salt (as much as you like)
  • 1 lt water

Execution



Take the dava and spread the onions on the bottom, cut into slices and spread the potatoes on top in the same way. Then place your fish around the area as it is convenient for them to stand up well. Chop the garlic and sprinkle it on the fish, but also on the belly of the fish for flavour and aroma. Slice the tomato and place it on top of the fish. Add the olive oil, the water and cook over high heat for 50 minutes, until it thickens and thickens. After the food is done, add lemon and 5 minutes later serve the food hot.
